Our commitment

Accessibility Statement

InHome Partners is committed to making this website usable for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological conditions.

Features built into this site

We include an accessibility menu on every page, reachable from the button in the lower left corner. It lets you adjust the experience to suit how you read and browse, including:

  • High contrast mode for stronger text and background separation
  • A reader friendly font option for easier letter recognition
  • Larger text sizing controls
  • Always visible underlines and highlights on links
  • A larger cursor for easier tracking
  • Reduced motion for users who prefer less animation

Beyond that menu, we use semantic HTML, descriptive link text, alternative text on meaningful images, keyboard reachable navigation, visible focus indicators, and color choices selected for contrast. We also respect your system level reduced motion preference automatically.

Translation

A language tool is available in the site header so you can read this site in the language you are most comfortable with.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is never truly finished. We review the site as we add content and features, and we welcome feedback that helps us improve. If you use assistive technology and run into a barrier, we want to know.
