Signature Clean
Surface level upkeep that keeps a home feeling fresh between deeper cleans.
Signature is the right call when your home is already in decent shape and you want to hold the line. We dust the surfaces you see and touch, vacuum and care for floors, and wipe down the kitchen and bathrooms. It is fast, it is consistent, and it pairs well with a weekly or every two week rhythm.

Premier Clean
Our mid tier deep clean and the one most clients settle on.
Premier includes everything in Signature, then adds the detail areas that make a home feel genuinely cared for. We dust blinds, fans, vents, and light fixtures, wipe the front of cabinets and drawers, and dust doors, frames, switches, and baseboards. It is the sweet spot between a quick refresh and a full reset, and it is why most of our recurring clients choose it.

Elite Clean
The deepest clean we offer. This is the reset.
Elite includes everything in Premier, then hand wipes the doors, frames, switches, and baseboards instead of dusting. It also goes further: we vacuum underneath couch cushions, wipe windows and window sills, and clean backsplashes, so the whole home comes back to true. If your home needs to look and feel brand new, this is it.

Why we hand wipe, not dust

How do I choose between tiers?
Think about the last time your home had a true deep clean. Recent and well kept points to Signature or Premier. A while ago points to Elite for the first visit, then a lighter tier to maintain it.
Can I change tiers between visits?
Yes. Many clients start with an Elite reset and switch to Premier or Signature for upkeep. Just text us before your next visit and we adjust.
Does the checklist change by city?
No. Castle Rock, Tucson, and Austin all run the identical checklist for each tier. That consistency is the whole point.
