Square footage in, fair price out
Your price comes from two things: the size of your home and the tier you choose. We do not inflate a number based on how your home looked the day someone visited, because no one visits before you get a price. That is the point.
The rate per square foot steps down as the home gets larger. A bigger home costs more in total, but less per square foot, because the work does not grow in a straight line with size. Kitchens and bathrooms carry most of the labor, and those do not double when your floor space does.
Pets are always welcome
We love pets, and there is no pet fee. The extra hair and dander that come with animals are just part of a thorough clean, not a surcharge. Tell us about your pets when you book so the team shows up ready for them. Anything else unusual about your home is easy to flag when we text to confirm.
Recurring saves more
Your first clean is full price because it resets the home to our standard. After that, weekly saves 20 percent, every two weeks saves 15 percent, and monthly saves 10 percent on each visit. Your quote shows both your first clean and your recurring rate so nothing is a surprise.

What actually moves your price
Three inputs decide your number, and you control all of them. The first is square footage, because larger homes take more total time even as the rate per square foot drops. The second is the tier, since an Elite deep clean covers more than a recurring Premier clean. The third is frequency, where a recurring rhythm earns a discount on every visit after the first.
What does not move your price is just as important. We do not charge more because a home looks lived in, because there are kids, or because the last cleaner cut corners. There is no judgment built into the number and no surprise line item waiting at the end. The figure you build here is the figure we confirm by text, adjusted only if you ask us to change the tier, the size, or the schedule.

Is the quoted price my final price?
It is an accurate estimate based on the size and tier you choose. We confirm the final number by text before scheduling, in case there is something unusual about the home. No hidden upcharges show up later.
Why does the per square foot rate go down for bigger homes?
Because cleaning effort does not scale evenly with size. The detail work in kitchens and bathrooms stays roughly the same, while larger homes add open floor that cleans faster per square foot. We pass that efficiency back to you.
Do you charge a pet fee?
No. We love pets and never charge a pet fee. We even like to learn their names and routines so the team can work around them and comes ready for the extra hair and dander. Just tell us about them when you book.
Do I pay for the first clean at the discounted rate?
No. The first clean is full price, then your recurring discount applies to every visit after that. The estimate shows both so you can plan.
