These terms apply when you use this website and when you request or receive cleaning services from InHome Partners. By using the site or booking a clean, you agree to them.
Our services
InHome Partners provides residential house cleaning across the service areas listed on this site. Each cleaning tier follows a published checklist. The work included in your clean is the work described for the tier you select.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes requested through this site are estimates based on the home size and tier you provide. The final price is confirmed by text before service is scheduled. Pricing is based on square footage, the tier chosen, and any applicable add ons such as the pet fee. Recurring discounts apply to visits after your first clean: 20 percent weekly, 15 percent every two weeks, and 10 percent monthly.
Scheduling, confirmation, and access
Requests are confirmed by text. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your home and for arranging safe access for your scheduled visit. If we cannot access the home at the scheduled time, a fee may apply.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know by text as early as possible. Specific cancellation timing and any associated fees will be confirmed with you when you book.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. You agree to pay the confirmed price for the services provided.
Satisfaction and issue resolution
If something is not right, tell us promptly and we will work to make it right. Rapid issue resolution is part of how we operate. Remedies are handled case by case and confirmed directly with you.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate details about your home and needs
- Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or hazardous items before a visit
- Disclose anything that affects safe cleaning, including pets and access notes
Limits of our service
We provide house cleaning only. We do not provide housekeeping, long term home management, or commercial cleaning as a focus. Work outside the published checklist is not included unless agreed in writing by text.
Liability
We carry out our work with care. To the extent permitted by law, InHome Partners is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.
Website use
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to disrupt it. Content on this site belongs to InHome Partners unless stated otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.
