The math that makes recurring worth it
Recurring cleaning is the one service where the price drops the more you use it. Your first visit is full price, then every visit after that comes off the top: 20 percent weekly, 15 percent every two weeks, and 10 percent monthly. That discount is not a teaser for the first month. It applies to every clean on the schedule for as long as you keep it.
The other half of the value is what does not happen. A home on a schedule never reaches the point where it needs an emergency deep clean, which is the most expensive way to clean a house. You pay a little each visit instead of a lot twice a year, and the home never looks neglected in between.

Why biweekly is the Castle Rock default
Most of our recurring clients here land on every two weeks, and the climate is the reason. Castle Rock homes collect granite dust and pet hair faster than a wetter, lower town would, but not so fast that weekly is required for an average household. Biweekly keeps detail areas from loading up while keeping the per-month cost reasonable. Homes with several pets, allergy concerns, or heavy foot traffic move up to weekly. Quieter homes sit fine at monthly.
Which tier should recurring run at?
Recurring is about cadence; the tier decides how detailed each visit is. You can mix them: a Premier reset some months, Signature in between.

Weekly suits busy households, pets, and homes that show dust fast. Biweekly is the most common choice and balances cost with a consistently clean home. Monthly works for tidy, low-traffic homes that want a periodic reset.
Do I need a deep clean before starting?
If the home has buildup, yes. One deep clean resets it, then recurring upkeep holds it. If the home is already in good shape, you can start recurring at the Signature or Premier tier directly.
Can I change or pause my schedule?
Yes. Text us to move, skip, or pause a visit. There is no long contract holding you to a date that does not work.
