What counts as a tiny home?
Tiny houses on foundations or trailers, accessory dwelling units, casitas, backyard cottages, and mother-in-law suites. If it is a small, self-contained living space, this is the right clean.
Do you clean sleeping lofts?
Yes. Lofts are part of the clean where they are safely reachable. They collect dust because they sit near the ceiling and rarely get wiped, so they are usually one of the first places we go.
Is it cheaper than cleaning a house?
Usually yes, because pricing is by square footage and a tiny home has very little of it. The work is dense for the size, but the total stays low because the footprint is small.
Can you clean an ADU we rent out?
