Small footprint, dense clean
A tiny home is not just a small house. Every surface does more than one job, the storage is built into the walls and the stairs, and the kitchen and bath are packed into a fraction of the usual space. That density changes the clean. There is less floor to vacuum, but more edges, more multi-use surfaces, and a sleeping loft that almost never gets wiped. We clean tiny homes, ADUs, and casitas with the detail of a full home clean, scaled to the footprint. Castle Rock and the rest of Douglas County have added a lot of these, from backyard cottages to rented casitas, and they all reward a clean that respects how compact they are.
Here is what a tiny home clean covers.
- Compact kitchen detailed: counters, sink, stovetop, cabinet fronts
- Bathroom scrubbed, fixtures, shower, and tile included
- Sleeping loft dusted and wiped where safely reachable
- Multi-use surfaces, fold-downs, and built-in storage edges
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, stairs and steps included
- Windows, ledges, and high-touch points cleaned
Who books a tiny home clean
The owners we clean for fall into a few groups, and the right clean shifts with each. Full-time tiny-home dwellers want recurring upkeep that keeps a small space from feeling cramped and cluttered. Owners of a backyard ADU or casita want a turnover clean between guests or tenants. People preparing to rent or sell want a one-time reset that shows the space at its best. The footprint is small, so even a detailed clean stays affordable.
| If your tiny home is | Then book |
|---|---|
| Your full-time residence | Recurring upkeep |
| A rented ADU or casita between guests | A turnover clean |
| About to be rented or sold | A one-time deep clean |
| Used as a short-term rental | STR turnover |
Pricing and booking
Tiny homes price by square footage like everything here, which keeps the number low for a small space. Build a baseline on the pricing page, then send a request with whether it is occupied, rented, or being turned over. Cleaning an RV interior instead? Straight answers
What counts as a tiny home?
Tiny houses on foundations or trailers, accessory dwelling units, casitas, backyard cottages, and mother-in-law suites. If it is a small, self-contained living space, this is the right clean.
Do you clean sleeping lofts?
Yes. Lofts are part of the clean where they are safely reachable. They collect dust because they sit near the ceiling and rarely get wiped, so they are usually one of the first places we go.
Is it cheaper than cleaning a house?
Usually yes, because pricing is by square footage and a tiny home has very little of it. The work is dense for the size, but the total stays low because the footprint is small.
Can you clean an ADU we rent out?
Yes. For a rented ADU or casita, we can run a turnover clean between tenants or guests, or a recurring clean if it is occupied. Tell us how it is used and we match the clean to it.
How is it priced?
By square footage like any clean, which keeps the price low for a small space. Build a number on the pricing page or send the details and we confirm by text.
