One clean, two kinds of customer
Rental cleaning serves two people who want opposite things at the same address. The tenant wants the deposit back. The landlord wants the unit rent-ready for the next person. Both are solved by the same empty-home clean, done to a standard that survives an inspection from either side. Here is what a turnover or rental clean covers on an empty unit.

Because every clean here is priced by square footage, an 850 square foot condo near downtown does not cost what a 3,000 square foot house costs. Renters sometimes assume a professional turnover clean is out of reach for an apartment. It is usually the opposite. The smaller the unit, the lower the number, and we text it to you before you commit to anything.
