The window before your furniture arrives
There is a short stretch between closing on a Castle Rock home and the moving truck pulling up. That window is the one chance to clean the home with nothing in the way, and it is worth using. Once the boxes are in, the cabinets are full and the floors are covered, and the reset gets a lot harder. A move-in clean takes that empty home and makes it genuinely yours before you carry the first thing through the door.
Here is what a move-in clean covers. It is the empty-home version of a detailed clean, aimed at the surfaces you are about to start using.

New builds and resales need different attention
Castle Rock has a lot of both. If you bought new in Crystal Valley or Cobblestone Ranch, the home is unlived-in but coated in fine construction dust that settles for weeks after the trades leave. That is closer to a post-construction clean, and we will tell you if that is the better fit. If you bought a resale, the job is removing the last household's residue from the places you will live in. Either way, an empty home is the easiest version of the clean to do well.
